Q: I have been looking for a keyless remote that will work for my 1995 mercury cougar. It is a pursuit alarm, fcc id: BGAPRO2T. The button broke on my current remote. Do they make a compatible one? - without having to get the same exact one? I have been to a ton of websites but no luck.. Any help would be greatly appreciated .. Thank you everyone !! A: Ebay has several listings for factory ones. A little hint about programming: Put the key in the ignition and turn it til the gauges light up. Cycle about 8 times or so. The doors should lock. Press the unlock button on the fob til the doors unlock...Bingo!!! the remote is programmed.
