A: Open the trunk and move aside any carpet if any. Then behind the carpet will be large usually black hand turned screws of plastic, turn them off and the lens housing will come off the car. Once off, you can access the bulbs by slowing turning the bulb housing to expose the bulb. Do both lights or any not work? If so, try this remedy first before doing the above. Spray for 20 seconds, WD-40 into your flasher button on steering column. Now work up & down the button several times like full minute. Now see if lights work. Seems that this switch, all lighting wiring goes thru here and the contacts get full of crud and dirt in older model cars.
