Q: What maitnence should I do on this car? It has been sitting in a garage for 3 months without running. Then the driver side window washer doesn't work. Their is a weird smell in the car like cigars. Also the tires don't grip the road that well on a wet road. The car year is 2003
A: A car air freshener spray or hanging kind should take away the smell. Sounds like it needs new tires. The oil and filter should be changed. Possibley the air cleaner filter. And the battery needs a full charge in it.
