Q:
A: it is a door switch however the swiches are built into the latch assembley so lubing the hinges will not fix it, since there are 4 or more switches to consider i suggest you take it to someone who can check the switches with a scanner, like your ford dealer, they can tell you which switch is not working right then you can fix it yourself or let them do it, not the cheapest way to fix it but it will be fixed right
