Q: The car is a 2001 mercury Sable LS with digital display. The heater kicks in when its warm outside or when you go a certain speed like 60mph other then that it will NOT work. It does not defrost nor push out the air. Any answers will be appreciated.
A: well start with the heater control valve under the hood where the hoses go to the firewall look for that it could be clogged up also a bad thermostate will cause problems when was the last time u had a complete system flush with antifreeze and new installed are the fuses ok for the heater motor?Maker sure you system is not stopped up with stuff in the heater core or raditor core is defective. good luck
