Q: I just bought my car from a used dealership and the buttons on the remote dont always work to open the trunk...........how can I get a replacement ..the dealer I bought it from or a Ford Dealership?
A: you do know you have to hold on to the button for a few seconds so the trunk opens ..if you are just pressing and letting go away it will not open ..you have to hold it down for a few seconds and you have to be close to the trunk ...you might also want to check battery they might be week and might not send a strong signal...
