Q: I found one online but I only want vehicles with 3rd row
A: The 1999 Mercury Mountaineer (and it's sister=Ford Explorer ) were 5 passenger only. The 3rd row seat did not become an available option on these vehicles until the 2002 model year, when the design changed to an independent rear suspension.
