Q: I'm working on my 99 Cougar. Does anyone know where I can find color light for my dome light? I want pink lighting specifically and just cannot find it. I was thinking LED, but can't find it anywhere. I checked Ebay, parts warehouses, and all the NECO forums I belong to and found absolutely nothing. Thanks for the help!
A: Maybe you could paint your dome light pink?Or paint it a color as close as possible to your pink and very carefully wipe the light w/ an acetone or some other type of reducer until you get the color you want.A can of spray paint will cost you a couple of dollars and you could probably use nail polish remover to reduce the color of the light,just lightly wipe the light w/ a rag until you get the color you want.Just a thought,hope it helps.
