A: This is a very common problem and typically an inexpensive fix IF you can do it yourself. Typically what happens is the linkage has become detached. You will need to remove the inside panel. Once removed you will the linkage and the issue is usaully clear. (look for a metal rod that is not attached to anything and try to reattach) you may need to buy a small nylon piece from the dealer should cost more then a few dollars.
