Q: would a flowmaster sound deep/loud on a 2003 mercury mountaineer V8 4.6 239hp whats series are louder 40's or 50's i did but i only found the older models and the V6 engines but i found a 2005 explorer v8 4.6 with 40's is it the same??
A: A flowmaster system on a 4.6 will sound good. Check out youtube.com and type in 4.6 exhaust for some good sound clips. The 40's are louder than the 50's.
