A: The Cassette which holds the CDs is located in the trunk if it's a sedan or in the compartment on the right rear of the back by the liftgate if it's a wagon. The control unit for the radio/cd/etc is behind the spare tire and the tuner itself is the only thing located in the dash! It was an odd setup between 96-99, but the guys above are probably wrong, as I don't believe they had a single cd player in those years, just the deck. Check your owners' manual, it should give you the exact location which may be slightly off from where I'm telling you - but not by much!
