Q: i change my transmition on the car and after all the work was done imy car engine dies off when i release my emergency brake any hints????
A: depending on what the problem of your old trans , I assumed it burned out ,if so did you replace the torque converter,if not did you flush it with a flush machines,did you flush the lines too..make sure all of this was done. dies out the moment the E brake is release,,,,check the wiring harness around the emergency brake,some wire might be grounding on the moving metal part check your connection on the trans. sensors connector.. make sure you get the right trans for that model car ,if you still have the old one compare all the sensor terminal to make sure tito
