A: Using a suitably sized oil filter wrench, grasp the black plastic filter cap and turn counter-clockwise to remove. It is not recommended to use channel locks to remove. Don't forget to remove the rubber o-ring around the cap. Replace with Ford/Motorcraft cartridge filter number FL-2017-B with new o-ring. Fill the crankcase with 4.5 Litres of 5W20. Hope this helps.
