Q: Would like to find someone that has or knows were one is at in California. Im Central Cali but would travel. There has been two on ebay for a very long time but they are stripped and want a core in return and are halfway across the country. Thanks. Jon I don't have a Mercedes I need the engine for a conversion and the early 5 cylinder turbo's don't make near enough power. Would be nice to find someone that crashed theirs and decided not to fix it. The 98 and 99 are still mechanical injection but have good crossflow heads and dont crack like the 86/87s. but would consider the 86/87 if source is known non overheated. Thanks
