Q: I have recently bought a 2005 Mercedes E 500 wagon, on the 2 front seats it says "pulse", what does that mean? also, what does "Dynamic" do?
A: The "Pulse" button that you see on that little square black piece under your right knee will pulsate the lumbar support in and out giving you a massage type effect. "Dynamic" is referring to the "drive dynamic seats" the side bolsters will fill up with air as you are taking a sharp turn to keep you firmly placed in your seat. the higher you have that setting, the more aggressive the seat is.
