Q: I found way to change gear by insertin scrow driver in to "summer" "winter" swch.at the bottom.under +D- Label.by jeggling scrow driver.
A: There are 2 possibilities of failure, the stop lamp switch or the shifter itself. Only proper diagnosis will tell you which. The stop lamp switch is the less expensive repair. You are using the shift interlock release feature with the screwdriver which is fine until that gets damaged. You may be able to switch the gear by turning off the key, but leaving it in position 2, which is just before the engine starts, then shifting into park. After that, you can turn the key completely off to remove from the ignition. Good luck!
