Q: It has been happening ever since I ran low on gas and now it wont stop.
A: the fuel pump probably picked up some dirt or grime at the bottom of the gas tank which got into the engine.
My 1990 Mazda 626 sputters and skips when changing gears and going up hills what is causing this?
