A: First, drive around for a short distance like 200 KMS or so with tyre pressure LOWER than the recommended pressure. See how the vehicle behaves. You can always replace the shock absorbers and springs with softer ones. But remember this may affect your warranty. First build soem good rapport with the service advisor at the authorised service centre and then broach the subject to him. Getting softer suspension done through the Auth. Serv.
