Q: Someone please help me. I bought a 2000 Lincoln Navigator and shipped to Africa for business use. Took it to the dealer for tires service. It was raised off the ground to perform the work but after it was lowered, the rear end dropped. The dealer restarted the car, after which it managed to come up BUT not high enough as it use to be. The rear end now rides lower than normal. I have read numerous postings about switching the air ride system off before lifting these cars, and of course this wasn't done. So my questions is where in the world is the air ride suspension switch located on the 2000 Lincoln Navigator, and secondly, do I have an underlying problem or is it just because the switch wasn't turned off and needs to be reset?...Please bear in mind that I have the Hayes Manual and where it tells me to find the switch has been to no avail..Please help, I'm desperate. Car doesn't ride ruff by the way.
