Q: I want to buy a Lincoln Ls, maybe a 2000 or 2001. Is there anyone who owns one or has owned one? Are they good cars? I did some reading and it seems this is car that always needs some kind of repair.
A: well i work on them all the time. window regulators break all the time. problems with the airbag system. they all seem to rattle real bad. valve covers leak and burn out the coils on the V8. that said the V8 LS is a blast to drive. fast and corners well . the new t-bird is basically the same car. and the jag is based on the LS not the other way around.
