76 Lincoln Continental Mark IV Designer Series parts?

Q: I have bought my grandmothers Lincoln, and here is my problem, it is the Designer Series (Givenchy to be exact) Lincoln which means there are some parts that only work from a Designer Series Lincoln, so I'm trying to find out if anyone knows of a place (junkyard, etc.) that may specialize in classic Lincolns that would make my search easier. The vehicle runs great (84,000 original miles) but I have electrical problems inside the car (seats, windows, sun/moon roof, etc. don't work) and I can fix the wires, but I believe some of the switches may have a problem as well. Any info about classic junkyards near you (especially in Cali, Nevada, or Florida) or websites that may lead me to any of this info would be greatly appreciated. *Please don't tell me about e-bay, they don't have what I need. *And please don't tell me that the Mark IV parts are the same as the Mark IV Designer Series, because not all of them are. Okay, I know switches are the same, window motors, blah blah blah. Here is the problem I'm having locating... My Lincoln has a crystal in the top of the dash that allows the headlights to automatically turn on when it starts to get dark, any other regular Lincoln doesn't seem to have this, so that is the part I'm looking for. If another vehicle has this, then that would be great, but I have been told by several people that while the headlight switch is the same, the crystal has to come from a Designer Series. I have changed the switch, so I know it's not that, it must be the crystal on top of the dash. Again, if you can tell me otherwise, please do, other than that I'm still looking for a Designer Series ONLY. And if one of you collectors want to buy it, I will sell for $15,000 (Insurance's appraisal). BTW, I now have the windows and sun/moon roof working, not bad for 1 hour of work.

A: I have been collecting lincolns and lincoln memorabelia for 30 yrs, I am probably one of the biggest mark iv and V enthusiasts on the planet, I do have a 76 Givenchy, 78 and 79 bill blass, 78 diamond jubilee, 79 collector series edition, I have had the cartiers, puccis, and countless non designer series models, and i'm here to tell ya the only difference there is between a regular model and designer is the paint scheme and the interior, as far as switches for seats windows and sunroof there all the same, you can get those switches off just about any ford product of a span of about 5 yrs. now insist on (designer series) parts for electrical and your ass is going to get ripped off
