Q: I want some opinions, pros/cons, and insight from you fine people. I am looking for a car, and I may get a Lincoln because I need something EXTREMELY comfortable, and hopefully something just dependable. A sunroof, heated leather seats, and smooth ride doesn't hurt either. ;] Are there any V-6 Lincoln sedans? I figured there is a newer V-6, so scratch that. Why do transversely-mounted V engines suck?? My favorite was the Continental, they look sweeter than the Town Car. :[
A: I'd skip the Continental entirely, because it is too big to be front wheel drive, and transversely-mounted V engines suck. If I wanted something newer than 1998, obviously I'd go for a Town Car. If I didn't care how old it was, I'd go with a Mark VIII.
