Q: 2004 Lincoln Town Car I tried to reset it by turning car on and off and also using the switch in the trunk and it stays high.
A: The rear ride height sensor simply snaps on to two small balls and can easily pop off. It looks like a small shock absorber with an accordian boot over it. Otherwise you'll need to pull the codes to find out if you have a fault in the control module.
