A: Need more diagnostic information, repair history, symptoms, coolantleaks, There is an hydraulic cooling fan for the radiator that is powered by the power steering pump. Is the fan turning and if so is it moving a large amount of air across the radiator when vehicle is overheating? There is a duty solenoid on the power steering pump that will increase fan speed as temperature rises, it is common for non LEXUS mechanics to leave this solenoid unplugged and will cause overheating while vehicle is at low speeds. www.lextechautomotivellc.com
