Q: okay so the last time i used my car was July 15, the problem it has is that when I'm driving it shuts off. it has Gas no lights come on, on the dash. ive changed the Fuel Pump but it keeps happening.after i changed the fuel pump the ABS light comes on. oh and ive also changed the Relay any ideas? please help. the mechanics are puzzled! also for Jeep owners does the brakes tend to sqick alot even after you get new ones???? sry here is the type of Jeep i got 2002 Grand Cherokee Laredo 4.0
A: i had the same problem on my 91 jeep wrangler took it to several garages,no one could figure it out ,so then took it to the jeep dealership they found the problem . it was the ground wire running to the body or the frame i forget which one . but it did the same thing ,just driving down the road and would just shut off.or i could even be your computer. hope this helps you
