Q: I was given a jeep grand cherokee and it overheated now it wont start ,the engine does not appear to be seized ,the fan still turns when I crank it,I replaced the ignition coil ,plugs and wires ,and battery and still no spark to the plugs,I was told that the security system might have disable the ignition system,please help
