Q: Hey, thanks for checking out my question, first off! =D Alrighty, so what I'm wondering is if they'll still be making Jeep Wranglers in 2011. I'm so very curious about it, because I've heard a rumor going around that by 2010 or 2011 ALL cars MUST be electric! Is that true? But, the reason I'm asking about the Jeep Wrangler, is because I really want one of those =) So please answer, and don't say "i dont know.." or "good question.." just to get points! thanks =P
A: No the 2010 JK will not be electric,we have already built some 2010 pilot vehicles and they still have the V-6.Someone said they will have a diesel in 2010 but that isn't true,no diesel engine is in the works for the domestic JK.I think someone may have been pulling your leg,there is no way that all cars could be electric by 2010 or 2011.
