Q: if so where is it located? also I am having problems with it, when it heats up to normal running temperature, it starts bucking an trying to stall, acting like its not getting fuel and I cant figure out why.
A: My fuel filter on my 1994 wrangler is in the back under behind the alternator. I think you are having a problem with the fuel pump though. I had this same problem. The fuel pump is in the gas tank, so it is a pain to change. I had a mechanic do this. Try running some fuel injector cleaner through it, and if this doesn't help, get the pump checked. Good luck.
