2006 hyundai sonata is not working.?

Q: I went to two different shops and they tried to rebuild it but they couldnt, they said that they are missing a piece only the dealership has. I look online and i find a 2006 hyundai alternator for my car, should i get it or take it to the dealer since its still under warranty. Also when they rebuild a alternator do they replace any parts if so will that void my warranty. I was also wondering that it only took me 2 minutes to find a alternator they say that was from the manufacturer, why couldnt they do the same. because i dont know if my amps void the warranty.

A: I'm sure everyone will ask you this, why don't you just take it to the dealer for repair if they have the parts and you don't want to void the warranty? I'm not sure why you would rebuild an alternator, seems easier to just replace the unit.
