Q: It stopped running one day it sounded like it wasnt getting fuel so i put a new fuel pump i have a half tank of fuel so i know it has enough fuel all censors are working fuel injectors are getting power help me out
A: You need air, gas and spark I assume you have air.. If you have air, make sure you have spark: Pull a spark plug out re-connect it and put it on the engine while you have your friend turn the engine over. No spark? Check distributor and ignition. If you have air and spark, Make sure you have gas: Spray starting fluid into the carb. (1-2 seconds) or into your air cleaner (4-5 seconds) The car should start briefly. If it starts, you know you have problems with the gas supply.
