Q: Hi all a friend of mine has a 94 Transport SE that just died suddenly. The motor turns over, but the engine doesn't start. Tried putting gasoline directly into the carb and the engine started and ran for a little while. We think the van may have run out of gas and so we put in about 2 gallons to try and get it going again. Anybody have any ideas? I think it might be either the fuel filter or the fuel pump, does anybody know where the fuel pump is located?
A: the fuel pump is located in the fuel tank ,and the filter is on the frame rail. sounds like a fuel pump.
