A: Open the bonnet, underneath the windscreen towards the passenger's side you will see something hanging down under the plastic scuttle panel, it will look like a kind of fabric box about 14 inches wide and 2 - 3 inches deep. This houses the pollen filter. It is held in place by two 1/4 turn screws on either side at the front. Then you will need to remove the jack and insert your arm up either side of the box and feel for 2 catches on either side, release these and the box drops down slightly and just pulls out.
