Q: The informaiton center in the console under the speedo is what i am refering to when i say onboard computer.
A: You have to reset it. just like you do your mileage on the trip odometer. And fuel used. Otherwise it's been calculating your average fuel mileage since you last reset it. That would be why it doesn't change.
