Q: i feel the 2003 330i is too cheap from a salesman. it's not like they don't know the vales of it. it's also a 1 owner car while 2000 is a 3rd owner car. what you guys think?

A: Eric J is definitely right that the 330 has been driven more than the 323. But since both of them have approximately 100k mileage, the difference is not that much even if you factor in the time element. What matters is the actual condition of each car. Note that both cars would need repairs at this point no matter how well maintained. It is just a matter of time. So have both checked specially the transmission (since their expected lifetime is 100K miles). But another important factor to me personally is the engine displacement and consequently, power. A 330 will run circles on a 323. Not unless you do not want to enjoy driving a BMW.
