A: The entry level 3 series is a 328i now. Just go the the BMW USA website and build one and it will give you a good estimate on the payments. I think that they are rated for about 28mpg, that is not really all that good but it is about the best that you will do in a BMW, unless you get a mini. The insurance price will depend on you, but it will be at least a $100 a month, probably more.
