Q: Thinking of picking up a 2003 330ci manual with 65k miles. Are they pretty sturdy cars and are they still reliable? Also does anyone know how much an oil change at a dealer would cost me.
A: most of what goes wrong with those cars is just maintenance, they do have some common failures though. As far as the drivetrain is concerned, it is very reliable. I will warn you that fixing anything on a BMW usually costs a lot of money though. An oil change, at a dealer, will cost you about $125, that sounds like a lot of money but the car will only need on oil change once every 15,000 miles.
