Q: what seems to be the problem? can i get it fixed anywhere?
A: FInd where it is leaking. Fix it. Seriously, there is not much info to go on here. Start with the normal spots - Hoses. I have seen a few plastic overflow tanks leak on BMWs. Could be the water pump. Could be an internal leak such as a head gasket. How much water is it going through? Does it overheat a lot? Help us help you! MORE INFO!!!111
