Q: its a 89 750il m70 engine with custom dual intake and have dinan comp and tranny chip i just really want that clutch but what will happen with the computirized gas pedal??

A: Yes, you definitely can if you are willing to put the work into it. You can use the tranny, bellhousing and clutch/flywheel assembly from a manual 850, or adapt in a manual of a different make. The M-70 is used in alot of kit-cars and other custom cars, and has been adapted to several different manual transmissions such as the T-56, Audi 016, and Porsche G-50. You can find some useful information about the electronics and such on www.kitcentral.com.
