Q: will it damage my car if i do so. what are the benefits of driving in D or S?
A: Its the "sport mode" for your trans. The only thing that happens is the computer shifts harder and faster. Your going to accelerate a little faster, but its going to put more stress on the trans. Wouldnt recommend using it all the time.
