A: That was the changeover date for the chassis design. I personally like the 2000-2002 models better, but I look at it for performance. The 2003 and up are heavier chassis, and have more engine room for the v8 engine in some models. Hope that helps... basically the newer one is a little larger, although I think the older chassis are stronger...
