Q: The manual doesnt tell where to charge it and can I use R134-A?
A: YOU can't! Take it to a shop. Your car takes R-12. You can no longer buy it over the counter unless you are EPA certified to work on automotive ac systems. Are you? On top of that most DIYs don't have the equipment to do the job the right way. Just topping off the system with 1lb cans can do more damage than good to the car & the enviroment.
