A: About a $1000 or slightly less. There are many car transporters out there, and you do have the option of them dropping it at the door of your house, or having them drop it at the shipping terminal. Keep this mind though, you may not get it for about a month, because they do want to fill the trailer. Or, you could do a DIY. Get a pickup and rent a flat-bed trailer from U-Haul or any other company and do it.
