A: well,you need to have ignition switched on or engine running, headlight switched on. Then operate the tip-wash function of the wiper switch (press and hold for a minute or two towards you) to wash wipe the windscreen. This will then also activate the headlight wash system. The sytem is clever-as you wash the windscreen off dirt, its very natural that the headlights also have dirts and require cleaning too, simultaneously. Cheers!
