Q: i loaded the cds and and closed the cover then i didnt see a option for cd?
A: Hit mode on the headunit until you see CD1 TR01- if it says NOCHGR or NO DSC, or NO CD- then the player is disconnected at either the headunit or the changer itself. If its at the headunit, then you will have to pull the radio, do not disconnect it! If you do, then you will have to know the anti-theft code- and usually people when they buy their cars second-hand, often do not get the code. To get the code, it involves a trip to the dealer and $60 bucks later. If its disconnected at the CD changer, take out the CD changer, and there will be a thick black cable somewhere back there where the changer resides, reconnect it.
