Audi V8 AWD, tough question?

Q: I am wondering if you could take an Audi V8 AWD engine from a front engine audi (like an RS4), and place it in the back, like an R8? I was looking at some Lambo Kit cars, and they are only made with RWD. So, could you take that Audi engine, put it on a tube frame, and place it in the middle, while still powering all 4 wheels? I don't know much about Audi's, or AWD setups... Any help would be appreciated! I meant putting the engine on a tube frame, like a kit car. I wanted to know if the engine would fit/operate correctly being in a mid engine setup...

A: No, you cannot. You have to have major fabrication of the frame and body for starters. Also, a totally different driveshaft and transmission would have to be created.
