A: Flip the key over so the Audi logo is facing up. Take a small flat-head screwdriver and insert it in between the two halves (there is an indentation). The key will now be in two halves. Lift up on the non-key side- there are two batteries. Take out the batteries and replace them. Snap down the battery cover, slide the key side in until it clicks. DONE! Now, you will have to reprogram the power locks. I do not have the guide with me, since I am away from my car- the dealer gave me the steps after I requested it.
