Q: how will i find out if the turbo charger is working, and what can i do to repair it. pls note that i live in east africa in a small town, there are no reliable mechanics or audi centers.
A: I don't believe your car would run if the turbo wasn't working. It is most likely either a vacuum leak, mass air flow sensor, or waste-gate problem. If the turbo wasn't functioning the engine would get no air at all.
