Q:
A: the cars are not that quick in standard form, something like ten seconds, but a fairly common conversion is to fit the 2 litre TwinSpark engine from the Alfa 75, (you can get a rusty one very cheap) and you immediately have 150bhp! Add a good chip into the ECU, add a free-flow exhaust and air-filter, and you should have at least 170bhp in a light car, which should be fun to drive, and hit 60 in under eight seconds easily.
