Q: is twin turbo possible for my TL? Since its a 6 cylinder wit plenty of power and torque
A: Nobody makes a turbo kit for the 3rd Generation (2004 - 2008) TL. The only company that makes a forced induction kit for this car is CT-Engineering (formerly COMPTECH USA), and their offering is a supercharger. The kit includes a cold air induction system, and provides ~ 40 - 60 whp gains over stock. That equates to roughly 330 flywheel hp. The TL employs Honda's J Series SOHC, V6 motor that is not engineered to support much boost; e.g., the piston rods are too thin & the piston rings are not set up for high levels of pressure above stock performance. Consequently, the CT-Engineering product restricts boost to ~ 4-5 psi in order to preserve engine reliability. One would have to do a serious rebuild of the engine's internals in order to safely generate higher boost levels without damaging the engine.
