Q: Civic before the newer models/bodys came out? Both unmodified. Will it beat the new 2009 honda civics? And if no to any question what can I do to make it just a little more faster. I dont want anythign drastic cause im a girl but anything small not super expensive and nice sounding.
A: Yes. The 2006 Acura RSX base has 160HP and goes from 0-60 in 7.1 seconds. It will beat older and newer Civic's. The older and newer Civic's both have less than 145HP. To make it faster, buy a Cold Air Intake which is the cheapest thing you can do. $150-320. This will help with performance and it adds 10-15HP. It also makes you engine sound better. Performance tires help with faster acceleration, but they also wear out faster and they are bad in rain and in snow.
